The third season OAV of Maria Watches Over Us (マリア様がみてる - Maria-sama ga Miteru or Marimite) airs Sundays on Animax Asia starting 16 March 2008 at 9PM WIB (10PM Singapore) and 7PM Philippines (this schedule moves to a new 10PM timeslot by the fourth episode/6 April 2008).

The five-episode OAV follows seasons one Maria Watches Over Us and Maria Watches Over Us ~Printemps~ which also aired on Animax Asia. A fourth season was confirmed in August 2007, although broadcast dates in Japan have yet to be announced.

Adapted from the yuri-themed Japanese light novel series by Konno Oyuki-sensei, the series revolves around a group of students attending Lillian Academy, an all-girls school in which there is a tradition of upperclass members taking younger students under their tutelage—in a tradition called the sœur or sister system (but you knew all that already, along with the fact that Nozomi/Right Stuf has licensed the series, including the OAV, for North American distribution).

Here instead is the OAV synopsis from Animax:

Yumi Fukuzawa and Sachiko Ogasawara are students at Lillian as well as members of the Yamayuri-kai, the student council whose members are termed Roses. The Roses are involved in student affairs and senior students take junior students under their wings, in a practice called the Sœur (sister in French) tradition.

Join Yumi and her sister Sachiko as they go on vacation, work with the other Rose families to organize a school festival, attend the school sport’s day and even embark on an overseas graduation trip. Even as their relationship develops further, problems lie ahead for Yumi as she has to start her search for her own Sœur. –from the Animax synopsis
